Thanks to your recommendation, I now enjoy the pleasures of SimCity for the iPod touch. This does nothing, however, to break the trend I set when I played the PC versions of the game: specifically, my complete inability to run a city in a way that does not lose money.

(Perhaps I should not admit this publicly. Opponents of my radio show will use this as evidence against my views on city of Cincinnati issues.)

People will disagree on the issues, I understand that. The thing that’s bothering me so much right now is the fact that at least 3 UC radio alumni are bashing Bearcast. These comments are counterproductive, ad hominem attacks, and only lower the Cincinnati Beacon’s credibility in the community. I can’t understand why 3 alums who claim to have had successful careers in broadcasting are wasting their time bashing college students on the Internet. If you want to criticize my content, I will listen, but stop the stupid personal attacks.

Hey Kole,
I really dig your show man. It’s so underground. You should broadcast from your house more or from a moving jeep like in “Pump up the Volume”. I am sure you’ll have some high tech device you designed that will jam the man’s transmissions to keep them from triangulating your position. Interesting stuff, I particularly liked the story about the fans of the band that no longer exists having tattoos that mysteriously erased like the photos of Marty’s siblings in Back to the Future. Pretty interesting theory of time travel. Yeaaah!!!
